A decision on this scheme is due to be made at an Extraordinary Full Council Meeting on 23rd November. The scheme comprises the demolition of the existing Public House and associated buildings and erection of 11 residential apartments totalling 878sqm (9,456sqft) with 15 parking spaces and communal garden.
